Each Mk. has 3 versions: a base model, performance model, and an elite model. Mk.1 – Mk.3 were designed with more budget friendly manufacturer parts. Mk.4 and Mk.5 use more mid-range quality manufacturer parts. Mark X, currently in development, will focus on 3-gun and other match quality firearms.
The Mk.2 Performance model is built using a Faxon barrel and ALG Defense Advanced Combat Trigger.
Features of the Mk.2 Base model build includes:
- 16” 4150 CrMolyV Gunner profile barrel chambered in 5.56 NATO. 1:8 Twist. The Gunner profile starts with the Government profile and transitions to a Pencil profile focusing the mass of the barrel to the rear to maximize heat resistance and mitigate muzzle whip.
- Forged 7075 T6 Aluminum; type III hard coat anodizing.
- Mid-length Gas System with 0.625 low-profile gas block
- CNC machined lower forged from 7075 T6 Aluminum to mil-spec standards; type III black hard anodized coating.
- Nitride coated M16 shot-peened mil-spec carrier with HTP/MPI tested 9310 Tool Steel bolt. Superfinished carrier body. Gas key is fully staked with Grade 8 fasteners.
- YHM Phantom 5C2 muzzle break.
- 12” two-piece M-Lok hand-guard.
- ALG Defense Advance Combat Trigger
Prior to shipping the firearm, I perform a 5-round test fire to ensure that the firearm is functioning properly and reliably.
These firearm are sold as-is with no warranty; however, parts are generally warrantied by the manufacturer. Buyers can resolve parts issues directly with the manufacturer. As this is a new build, I do provide a brief return period. However, returns will only be accepted if firearm is not as described and are subject to a 30% restocking fee.
All firearms must be shipped to a FFL holder for transfer.
